Prenatal Education & Birth Preferences
I offer evidence-based education, as well as help with what to expect during labor & delivery, and creating your birth plan. This includes 2 hours of support in your home or virtually!

Nursery Setup & Organization
FRESH START: Up to 3 hours of consulting on registry items, gift organization, baby gear set up, folding/putting away baby laundry.
ALL HANDS ON DECK: Up to 6 hours of consulting, including everything from “Fresh Start”, plus spend a bit more time organizing baby gear, washing/putting away baby laundry, and going over product demonstrations with you.
Basics - First Time Parents in Home or Virtual
A scheduled time together, usually 2-4 hours, preparing the home, caring for your infant, feeding, sleep & safety, as well as tips and tricks for Baby and Mama Postpartum must haves!
Breastfeeding & Bottle Feeding Support
I offer feeding support whether you choose breast or bottle. My purpose is to help you achieve your goals, provide evidence-based information and hands on support to help you overcome any challenges you may face or questions you may have. This includes anything from troubleshooting an uncomfortable latch, a clogged milk duct, or scheduling feedings/pumping.
Postpartum Daytime/
Overnight Care In-Home
As an experienced Doula, I provide continuous support for the whole family during the fourth trimester. This includes education and resources, physical and emotional support, light house work, caring for baby and mom and more to ensure everyone is cared for during the first few weeks-months at home.
Placenta
Encapsulation
I meet you at your place of delivery to pick up your placenta within 2 hours after your baby is born. I practice the Chinese Medicine Method to process your placenta. Beginning with a blessing to honor this sacred organ that has held your baby throughout this pregnancy. Then I carefully steam, dehydrate, encapsulate, bottle, and bring straight to you for your postnatal recovery.

“Welcome Home” Postpartum Doula Package

1 Free Consultation (virtual or over the phone)
Education & Resources regarding postpartum care for Mama and Baby.
Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding support
6 hours of Daytime Support.
3 Overnight Support (24hrs total) to ensure Mama is getting much needed rest for optimal healing during the first few weeks at home.
Availability over the phone and by email to answer questions or concerns for new parents.
Daytime Support includes tidying up, washing bottles/pump parts, support with breastfeeding/pumping or bottle feeding, maximizing baby and parent’s sleep, creating a routine for the whole family to thrive, help with sibling adjustment, preparing nourishing snacks/meals, education and baby basics, and so much more!
Overnight Support includes tasks such as tidying up, washing bottles/pump parts, folding baby laundry, feeding support, care for postpartum mama, full care of baby while parents catch up on much needed sleep, and then some!
