About Ashley Erwin
As a prenatal, birthing, and post partum doula, I provide support and guidance to expecting and new mothers in Southern Orange County. My goal is to empower and educate women through every stage of their pregnancy and beyond. I offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including prenatal education, birth preparation, and postpartum and newborn care. With years of experience and a passion for helping women become confident and informed mothers, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care that leaves a lasting impact on the families I work with.
Services
Prenatal Education
Using evidence based information, as well as years of experience, I help educate and guide families throughout their prenatal journey! Creating birth preferences together, practicing natural labor and delivery methods, and teaching partners how to be truly active and connected during it all are just some of the important things I touch on. With close community ties, I also provide local trusted resources such as Fertility Specialists, Lactation Consultants, Chiropractic care, Pelvic Floor Specialists, and much more!
Birth Doula Services
As a birth doula, I provide continuous support throughout labor and delivery, and into the early days of the postpartum journey. I work with expecting mothers and their families, educating and discussing options that align with their goals and preferences. My focus is on ensuring a positive and empowering birth experience for all.
Postpartum Doula Services
As a postpartum doula, I provide emotional and physical support to new mothers during the first few weeks after birth. From breastfeeding assistance to bottle feeding to newborn care, I am here to help make the transition into motherhood as smooth as possible.
